Take turns sharing if that feels helpful. You can pause, take a break, or skip a prompt. Use the open spaces to write or draw.

1. What happened?

Share what you remember. What do you know for sure?

2. Who may have been affected?

Think about each person involved and what they may have felt or needed.

3. What could help make things right?

Choose one concrete, respectful repair step.

4. When will we check in?

Choose a time to talk about how the repair went and whether another step is needed.
